Should I contact an attorney?

It really depends upon how complicated your case is.  In many instances it depends upon how cooperative your Auto Insurance Company is.  If they are quick to respond to your needs, getting your car fixed, paying your medical and transportation expenses and genuinely looking out for you, their client, then there is no need for an attorney.  But, if your case is unusually complicated, (multiple cars, questionable liability, aggravating circumstances or heaven forbid, permanent injury), or if your insurance company suddenly becomes adversarial then by all means it is time to contact an attorney.  We will be more than happy to recommend an attorney if one is needed.
